TENTATIVE SCHEDULE

Please note that this schedule is planned but not guaranteed.

Thursday:  

BG12, BG14 - 2 rounds of doubles. Play will start early afternoon.

BG16, BG18 - 1 round of doubles. Play will start late afternoon.

Player Party in the evening.

Friday:

BG12, BG14 - 2 rounds of singles and 1 round of doubles. Play will be singles first. 

BG16, GG18 - 1 round of singles and 2 rounds of doubles. Play will be doubles first, followed by singles, followed by doubles.

Saturday:

BG12, BG14 - 2 rounds of singles. 
BG16, BG18 - 2 rounds of singles

Sunday:

BG12, BG14 - No play unless weather delays.

BG16, BG18- 1 round of singles. Last matches should be scheduled no later than 12 pm.

HOST HOTELS
We appreciate your supporting the hotels who are giving us a great rate for our tournaments! We have three host hotels, Fairfield 405-341-4818, LaQuinta 405-513-5353 and Hampton Inn 405-844-3037 (dial 0). Call the hotel of your choice and ask to book the "Edmond Tennis" for a 10% disscount. All 3 hotels are located off of I-35 & 2nd street (exit 141)

AIRPORT
You will fly into Will Rogers World Airport (OKC)

PRACTICE COURTS
If you want to reserve a practice court for Wednesday, please call the pro shop at 405-348-3120 to reserve a court.  The courts are $12/hour.  You may also stop by the pro shop anytime 10 am or later to collect your player gift and give us your tournament registration information. ECC will be open at 7am for players to warm up Thursday-Sunday.  If you require additional practice courts throughout the tournament, you can use Sequoyah Middle School or Cheyenne Middle School. 

RACQUET STRINGING
Racquet stringing will be available at the main site - Edmond Center Court. Cost of labor if you provide your string is $20. Otherwise string prices depend on string type used.

SPORTSMANSHIP
Show a little LOVE to your fellow tennis players!  USTA Missouri Valley is kicking off its peer-nominated good sports campaign in 2022! Nominate your peers for demonstrating good behavior on and off the tennis court. The tournament director will have a flier at the tournament desk with the QR Code you need to link to the nomination form. Every time a player is nominated, they receive an entry into a drawing, increasing the odds of their name being pulled. USTA Missouri Valley will draw 8 names per quarter. The winner receives a $50 Amazon gift card. Only one rule - you cannot nominate yourself!

The USTA Suspension Point System and Point Penalty System have been updated to expand when suspension points and/or Code Violations can be assessed to a player for unsportsmanlike conduct. The change states that a player can be assessed suspension points and/or Code Violations when they, the player, or anyone associated with the player engages in unsportsmanlike conduct. These changes apply to USTA Regulation IV and Table 17; Friend at Court 2022: pages 103 - 117.
